    Q:
How to remove and install the PCV Valve on Ford Bronco II? Posted by Edilberto G.
    A:
The PCV valve should also be checked often to make sure that it is not sticky and that it's not sticking to the clogging or catch block. To check the valve you have to take it out of the engine and shake it: it should sound like a booby. To clean the PCV valve you may use a solvent to soak it in and use compressed air blow on the valve, this may put the valve back into some working order. However, cleaning should be very rare-only in cases of emergencies, since the valve should be replaced at least once a year. Also, it is recommended to always check on the condition of the PCV valve hose especially looking for chances of wear or cracks on it at the time of servicing the car.
