The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. The usage of this site and your placement of an order indicate an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. Available shipping methods may vary depending on products and shipping destinations.

Shipments can be sent to PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia). Please note that expedited shipping and large item shipment are not available to these address types, and additional delivery time may be required.

For international orders, duties and fees are not included in the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees. These fees are determined by the local customs authority.

Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days. However, due to item availability and locations, orders with multiple items may be split shipped.

If a part is not in-stock, it will be sourced directly through our dealership network or from the OEM distribution center. This may take additional time beyond the standard processing time.

Please be aware that "Overnight delivery" only guarantees transit time after the order has completed processing. All orders must be shipped; local pickup is not available at this moment.

Shipping information cannot be modified once an order is submitted.

Once an order has been shipped, an invoice will be emailed to you. The tracking number can be found on the sales invoice. To view more tracking information, you can use the tracking number link provided on the sales invoice. You can also use the provided tracking number on USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com. If there is an issue with the delivery of your package, you can contact us for assistance.

Customers will be responsible and charged for any additional shipping fees if any of the following situations occur:

Please make sure that your shipping address is deliverable and complete. FordPartsGiant.com is not liable for any inaccurate/undeliverable shipping address. It is important to provide the correct and deliverable shipping address for USPS/UPS/FedEx delivery upon submitting the order.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once we receive and process the returned package.

All packages that return to our facility due to an incomplete delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, undeliverable package return charges, and any additional charges incurred due to the returned package. Credit will be issued after the 20% restocking fee and undeliverable package return charge (same cost as original shipping) have been applied to the price of the part. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

In Transit

The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24 - 48 hours to appear on the carrier's website. If the tracking number remains invalid, shows no movement, or shows the wrong destination after this period, please contact us immediately.

Sales Tax

Due to a recent Supreme Court ruling, states now have the authority to mandate whether sales tax must be collected on online purchases. We collect and remit sales tax in accordance with applicable state laws where we conduct business.

If your order is shipped to a state that requires the collection of online sales tax, it will be subject to sales tax. For more detailed information regarding applicable state and local taxes on your order, please consult a tax professional.

To qualify for tax-exempt purchases, you must submit a business account application and upload a copy of your reseller certificate. If you place orders while your Tax Exemption Certificate is under review, any sales tax charged on those orders may be refunded to your original payment method once the verification process is complete.

Pricing

Although we make every effort to maintain an error-free website, occasional pricing errors may occur due to Ford's pricing adjustments. If the actual price is lower than what is listed, you will be charged the lower amount. If the actual price is higher, we will notify you before processing so you can decide whether to submit the additional payment to proceed with your order or cancel it.

Lowest Price Online

FordPartsGiant.com will match the price from authorized U.S.-based online retailers and must reflect the final price, including shipping and handling charges. The item must be identical in brand, part number, and condition on the competitor's website at the time of review.

To qualify for the price match, customers must contact us via Live Chat or Email, and provide a valid link to the competitor's website. We will review the request and determine the eligibility.

Shipping Cost

Oversized or overweight items (such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, or door panels) may require additional freight shipping charges.

In rare occasions where the actual shipping cost is higher than the estimate, we will always inform you first for further instructions before proceeding with the order. All shipping cost calculations are estimates provided by USPS/UPS/FedEx. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Order Processing

Customer will not be charged when orders are in verification or processing stages. Order verification usually takes within 1 business day after the order is placed, and then the order will enter "Processing" stage. Once an order status shows as "Packaging" or "Shipped", the order can no longer be canceled. Customers will not be charged until the order completes processing and is ready to ship.

Fraud Prevention

Your security is our priority. To help protect you from unauthorized transactions, we verify billing and shipping details with the card issuer. In some cases, we may reach out for confirmation before processing. Orders that cannot be verified may be placed on hold or canceled.

Packaging

Most parts are shipped in their original genuine factory boxes or packaging. On rare occasions, we may repackage parts before shipping due to their shape, size, or risk of damage. Therefore, items may arrive in different outer boxes with the original packaging inside. All parts are genuine OEM and are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Backorders

In the event of a discontinued/backordered part, we will notify our customer via email with further instructions.

If your order contains a backordered part, we will notify you via email. You will then be provided with the options to: wait for the part(s) to become available for shipment or remove the part(s) to proceed with the remaining order.

In the case of backordered part(s) with no estimated time of arrival, that part(s) will be removed from your order. You will not be charged for the removed parts.

Disclaimer

Some parts on your order may have updated replacement information. Our parts specialists will verify and ship out the updated replacement at our discretion. In the meantime, the updated replacement part number will usually be provided on the packing list and invoice.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between both the purchasing and seller parties will take place on the shipment of the products ordered. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not mean our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a confirmation of our offer to sell.

FordPartsGiant.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to cancel your order for any reason. If the order is cancelled, the authorization on your card will be voided and no money will be charged. If your card was charged, a full refund will be issued to your credit card.

Limitation of liability

FordPartsGiant.com and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or any other damages whatsoever that result from the use or performance of, or the inability to use, the site, the products, or information, or functions on such site, even if FordPartsGiant.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will FordPartsGiant.com and affiliates' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether arising out of contract, tort, or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the site or purchasing the products.
