Shipments can be sent to PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Micronesia). Please note that expedited shipping and large item shipment are not available to these address types, and additional delivery time may be required.
For international orders, duties and fees are not included in the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees. These fees are determined by the local customs authority.
Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days. However, due to item availability and locations, orders with multiple items may be split shipped.
If a part is not in-stock, it will be sourced directly through our dealership network or from the OEM distribution center. This may take additional time beyond the standard processing time.
Please be aware that "Overnight delivery" only guarantees transit time after the order has completed processing. All orders must be shipped; local pickup is not available at this moment.
Shipping information cannot be modified once an order is submitted.
Once an order has been shipped, an invoice will be emailed to you. The tracking number can be found on the sales invoice. Refused ShipmentsA 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once we receive and process the returned package.
Return to SenderAll packages that return to our facility due to an incomplete delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, undeliverable package return charges, and any additional charges incurred due to the returned package. Credit will be issued after the 20% restocking fee and undeliverable package return charge (same cost as original shipping) have been applied to the price of the part. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24 - 48 hours to appear on the carrier's website. If the tracking number remains invalid, shows no movement, or shows the wrong destination after this period, please contact us immediately.

In rare occasions where the actual shipping cost is higher than the estimate, we will always inform you first for further instructions before proceeding with the order. All shipping cost calculations are estimates provided by USPS/UPS/FedEx. Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
Customer will not be charged when orders are in verification or processing stages. Order verification usually takes within 1 business day after the order is placed, and then the order will enter "Processing" stage. Once an order status shows as "Packaging" or "Shipped", the order can no longer be canceled. Customers will not be charged until the order completes processing and is ready to ship.

Most parts are shipped in their original genuine factory boxes or packaging. On rare occasions, we may repackage parts before shipping due to their shape, size, or risk of damage. Therefore, items may arrive in different outer boxes with the original packaging inside. All parts are genuine OEM and are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
In the event of a discontinued/backordered part, we will notify our customer via email with further instructions.
If your order contains a backordered part, we will notify you via email. You will then be provided with the options to: wait for the part(s) to become available for shipment or remove the part(s) to proceed with the remaining order.
In the case of backordered part(s) with no estimated time of arrival, that part(s) will be removed from your order. You will not be charged for the removed parts.
Some parts on your order may have updated replacement information. Our parts specialists will verify and ship out the updated replacement at our discretion. In the meantime, the updated replacement part number will usually be provided on the packing list and invoice.
