How to remove and install the Headlamp housing on Ford Fusion?

Remove the front bumper cover. Next, take out the pin-type retainer and the four Headlamp housing bolts; for the Headlamp housing removal, follow the same steps as for the 2006 through 2009 models, noting that 2010 and later models are similar. Pull out the Headlamp housing and disconnect the electrical connectors. Installation is the reverse of removal.
