    How do I remove the IAC valve for the 1997 Ford Expedition? Posted by Customer
    A:
    To remove the valve, unplug the electrical connector and remove the two attaching screws. Check the condition of the O-ring and replace if necessary. Clean the sealing surface and bore of the throttle body assembly before installing the new O-ring and securing the IAC valve with the screws. Finally, plug in the electrical connector at the IAC valve assembly.
