A:
To relieve the fuel pressure, disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal. For 1.5L and 1.6L models, lift the engine cover off of the ballstuds and remove it. For 2.0L models, remove the charge air cooler inlet and middle tubes, followed by the drivebelt and alternator. For 2.7L models, remove the fuel rail from the front cylinder head. For all models, disconnect the FRP sensor electrical connector and unscrew and remove the FRP sensor from the fuel rail. When installing, lubricate the O-ring with engine oil and tighten the sensor.
