    How should you proceed with the installation of the Crankshaft Position Sensor for the 2007 Ford Fusion? Posted by Maan A.

    For 2.3L and 2.5L models, install a 6 mm x 18 mm (0.23 x 0.7 inch) bolt in the threaded hole provided in the crankshaft pulley and screw it into the timing chain cover. Install the CKP sensor but don't tighten the sensor mounting bolts. Align the sensor with the special alignment jig included with the new sensor.
