    My van has no cruise control, however after the van was stolen, the steering wheel,airbag was replaced with a used unit from a vehicle. I can't tell if they used the original clock spring, or if they changed any of the wiring harness, it doesn't look like it. Will this plug unto my existing wiring harness under the dash?
