  • What is the status of my RMA/Return/Refund?

    The normal processing time is about 5 business days once the returned parts have been received at our facility. To obtain the latest update on the status of your RMA, please contact us via email, phone or live chat.
  • The tracking number for my return confirms that FordPartsGiant.com received my returned package, but I still have not received my money back. What now?

    Our returns department typically takes up to 5 business days to thoroughly inspect and process a return. In some cases, the return may take longer to complete. If the shipping carrier confirms that we've received the package, please provide the tracking number and your order number to our customer service representatives through email, phone or live chat to obtain faster updates regarding your return.
  • If the returned part does not meet the return policy, what happens next?

    If a returned part is not eligible for a refund, we will inform the customer immediately by email. The part in question can be returned back to the customer at their own cost. The customer is responsible for returning the part back to us in the condition that it was shipped (ex. original package intact, cannot be damaged, in resalable condition, etc.).
  • How long does it take to process and issue a refund on a return once I send the part(s) back with the RMA?

    Processing time for returns can take up to 5 business days once the returned parts are received. In some cases, the return process can take longer. Once the return is inspected, it generally takes the card issuer 2-3 business days to reflect the funds back on the statement. Some banks may require additional time based on their policies.

    Returns must meet all of the following criteria:
    1. The parts still have the original packaging or box.
    2. The original packaging or box must not be damaged.
    3. The genuine label with the barcode must be intact.
    4. The parts are unused and in a resellable condition.

    All refunds will be credited back to the customer's original credit or debit card used. If you do not receive credit after 2 weeks from the return date, please contact our customer service department via phone, email or live chat for information on your return.
  • How long will it take before a refund actually appears on my credit/debit card?

    It generally takes up to 5 business days to complete the return and process an RMA for credit. Once the return is completed, please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. A credit memo will also be emailed to you with the amount refunded back to your account.
    Refunds with PayPal or PayPal Credit work the same way as paying with credit/debit cards. The refund time is dependent on PayPal and your bank. To learn more about PayPal refund and your refund status, please visit:

  • The shipping carrier returned my order/package to FordPartsGiant.com. What happens now?

    If the returned part(s) passes inspection, refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the return delivery date. Issuing time for replacements will vary depending on when we receive your return and availability of the part(s).
