What are the final steps to remove the instrument panel for the 2010 Ford Escape? Posted by Customer
    A:
To complete the instrument panel removal, remove the center floor console and the lower trim panel. Finally, detach the bolts securing the steering column and lower it away from the instrument panel. Be sure to disconnect many electrical connectors during this process, and it's advisable to mark them for reference. Once all fasteners are removed, lift the instrument panel and pull it away from the windshield, taking it out through the driver's door opening with the help of an assistant.
