    A:
Frequent oil changes are necessary to avoid pre-emptive maintenance. Have equipment and materials. Raise the car so you can easily work on it. Start the engine and let it run for a while. Find a flat spot, remove the oil filler cap, and put up the vehicle on jack stands. Put your drain pan under that plug and remove it. Check drained oil for metal shavings. Clean and reinstall plug. Position your drain pan below the filter, loosen it, unscrew it by hand. Clean the surface where filter going to sit then put in new one. Release the jack stands, replenish with new oil making sure that you fill until full, check level of the oil again. Check if there are leaks through starting up the engine and measuring the amount of oil left in the car's reservoir including other parts after which remove it carefully into an approved waste container so as not to pollute environment.
