    Remove the assembly by taking out the mounting screws and washers, disconnect the electrical connector, and place the assembly on a workbench. Separate the bulb holder assembly from the lens and replace the bulb by pulling it straight out and pushing the new one in. Reassemble and use new mounting screws and washers if recommended by the manufacturer.
