    What is the procedure for removing Rocker Arms on the 2012 Ford F-150? Posted by Harvey J.

    The rocker arms must be removed in two stages. In the first stage, certain valve springs on designated cylinders must be compressed and the rocker arms removed to prevent valve-to-piston contact.
