Insert the key lock cylinder to Run position while removing the two retaining screws and disengaging the switch from actuator pin The technician should first disconnect the ignition switch electrical connector after setting the ignition key lock cylinder to Run position. Then remove both retaining screws while disengaging the ignition switch from the actuator pin. Position the actuator pin slot on the new ignition switch to Run before inserting the switch onto the pin and then securing it with retaining screws which you can adjust to match the screw holes.
