How to remove and inspect the stabilizer bar and stabilizer bar bushing on a Ford F-150?

Raise the vehicle and remove the front wheels. For 2004-2006 models, remove the nuts from the sway bar links' sides. For 2007 and later, remove the nuts from the top and detach the links. Remove the link nut while holding the ballstud with a wrench. Remove the sway bar bushing bracket nuts and the bar itself. Inspect the rubber bushings for damage and replace if necessary. Check the sway bar link for wear. Reverse the process to install, ensuring all fasteners are tightened.
