How do you remove and reinstall the floor console and shifter trim panel on Ford F-150?

Remove the push pin fasteners securing the left and right floor trim panels at the front of the console, then take out the panels. Using a trim stick, carefully pry loose and remove the shifter trim panel. Disconnect the shifter cable and the electrical connector. Remove the fasteners from the left and right sides of the floor console, then take out the console. Installation is the reverse of removal.
