    Every 3000 miles of drive or once in 3 months the hinges and latch assembly of the doors, the hood and the trunk should be lubricated by a few drops of light oil or lock lubricant. Also the door latch strikers must be oiled smeared thinly with grease to reduce wear and make the door to open easily. Also it is advised to spray the locks of the door and the trunk with the spray-on graphite lubricant.
