Ford 1W7Z-8200-BAD Radiator Grille Assembly

Remove both headlight housings. On later models, the headlights do not have to be removed. Remove the screws, if applicable, that retain the grille to the headlight housings. The number of screws and the use of clips varies with model, but all are retained to the radiator grille reinforcement panel with fasteners accessible only from behind the reinforcement panel. On most models, this requires removal of the plastic radiator sight shield that sits over the top of the radiator and the top of the grille opening. Twist the plastic fasteners one-quarter turn and lift off the sight shield, then remove the screws and release the clips as required.
