- Q: How to remove and install the Grille on Lincoln Town Car?A:On early models, the grille is held by front screws. Later models have grille fasteners accessible from behind the radiator grille reinforcement panel. On 1996 and later models, removal of the plastic radiator sight shield is necessary to access the fasteners. Twist the plastic fasteners, lift off the sight shield, remove screws and release clips as needed. On later models, the grille is held by nuts accessible from the engine compartment. Remove nuts and detach the grille from the front. Installation is the reverse.
