- Q: Where is the horn located and How to remove it on Ford Fusion?A:The horn is located at the lower right corner of the vehicle, in the void ahead of the right front wheel well. Begin by raising the vehicle and placing it securely on jackstands. For 2012 and earlier models, remove the four right front fender splash shield screws and pull down the splash shield. For 2013 through 2016 models, remove the engine splash shield and the splash shield under the radiator. For 2017 and later models, remove the front bumper cover. Next, disconnect the horn electrical connector and the mounting bolt. Remove the horn mounting bolt, then take out the horn. Installation is the reverse of removal.
