How to remove the Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor in the Ford Focus?

All engines, except the 2.0L SPI, have a cylinder head temperature (CHT) sensor, unlike the 2.0L SPI's coolant temperature sensor. For 2.0L Zetec-E engines, remove the alternator and disconnect the sensor's wiring connector.
