Take out the special tool and reestablish the connection of the electrical connector. The following steps needs to be followed to complete the procedure in reverse of the above said steps: Replace the drained coolant with the fresh one. After joining the battery, and depending on the situation, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) will have to relearn the idle and fuel trim in a bid to provide higher fuel induced driveability and performance.
