To remove and replace the back coil spring of the car, loosen the wheel lug nuts, raise the vehicle using a jack, and support it properly with jack stands. To get at the suspension components, detach the tire. Observe these removal steps which include the removal of the brake caliper, brake disc, brake cable bracket, stabilizer bar link, and wheel speed sensor. Finally, put a floor jack beneath the lower arm, take off the shock absorber nut and bolt then remove the outboard upper arm fasteners along with the outboard toe link fasteners. Also, pull out the drive axle while lowering the jack as you pull outward on the knuckle, and remove coil spring. During installation ensure that the lower seat is positioned correctly; place the spring with its lower end no more than 0.39 inches from step in lower spring seat and lift up the jack to hold down parts tightly in place.
