- Q: How to remove and install the High pressure Oil Pump on 2005 Ford Excursion?A: The 7.3L diesel engine has the Rexroth pump for fuel injectors' pressurization, which provides the highest level of diesel efficiency; the pump is behind the front cover, and the reservoir is on top.
