Put the transmission in any gear other than N, wipe the vicinity of the switch and then take it out. For Installation: Fix the switch and torque it in the range of 8-12 Ft. lbs. (11-16Nm), reconnect the harness connector to the switch, lower the vehicle, reconnects the negative terrestrial battery cable.
