Reassemble by positioning the pressure plate on the flywheel and aligning the clutch disc with the flywheel using an alignment tool. Tighten the pressure plate-to-flywheel bolts evenly in a criss-cross pattern, centering the clutch disc with the alignment tool. Lubricate the release bearing and install it, along with the clutch release cylinder if removed earlier.

To reinstall clutch components, follow these steps. Lubricate and install a new pilot bearing, ensuring the seal end faces the transmission. Clean the flywheel and pressure plate surfaces thoroughly. Adjust the pressure plate before installation. Position the clutch disc and pressure plate against the flywheel using an alignment tool. Tighten the pressure plate-to-flywheel bolts in a criss-cross pattern. Center the clutch disc using the alignment tool. Torque the bolts to specifications and remove the alignment tool.

The outside surface of the new pilot bearing should be lightly lubricated with grease, then driven into the recess with a bearing driver or a socket, ensuring the seal end faces the transmission.

Reinstall the transmission and all previously removed components. Lower the vehicle, reactivate the air suspension system if applicable, and you're done with the installation.
