    How do you remove the Ignition Lock Cylinder for the 2005 Ford Escape? Posted by Kristofer S.
    A:
    Disconnect the negative battery cable and turn the ignition key lock cylinder to the ON position. Insert a 1/8-inch awl or punch through the designated holes in the steering column cover and housing to simultaneously depress the lock cylinder's release button while pulling it out.
