    How often should the Door Hinge, Door Latch, Door Lock, Hood Hinge, Hood Latch and Trunk Latch be lubricated on Ford F-150? Posted by Irina Z.
    A:
    At interval of 3000 miles or 3 months, several drop of light oil or lock lubricant should be applied on the hinges and latch assembly of the doors, hood and the trunk. Also, its door latch strikers have to be covered with a thin layer of grease in order to reduce wear while increasing smoothness of the operation. It is also recommended that the door and trunk are lubricated with spray on graphite lubricant.
