The process differs slightly, with additional steps for door handles, front door latch, lock cylinder, and rear door latch. However, the fundamental caution and attention to detail remain essential throughout the procedure.

Remove the electrical connector from the rear door latch. Remove the door glass top run bolts and separate the door glass top run from the door. Remove the door handle screws from inside the door panel. Remove the cover from the outside of the door. Carefully slide the door handle toward the rear of the vehicle. Inside the door panel, remove the screw and loosen the remote control assembly. Disconnect the door handle actuating rod. Remove the door latch screws and remove the rear door latch. Release the cable conduit and disconnect the interior door handle cable. Remove the rear door handle assembly by prying the door handle clips and separating the door handle from the door. Installation follows the reverse order of removal.
