    How do you handle the removal and installation of the fuel pressure regulator for the 1999 Ford Crown Victoria when the Intake Manifold is involved? Posted by Juozas K.
    A:
    Relieve fuel system pressure, disconnect the battery cable, and detach the vacuum hose from the regulator. On 4.6L engines, remove the fuel rail bolts to access the regulator mounting bolts.
