    How do you remove and install the Pitman arm and Idler Arm for the 2001 Lincoln Town Car? Posted by Jonty S.
    A:
    To remove and install the Pitman arm, remove the cotter pin and separate the center link from the Pitman arm ballstud. Mark the Pitman arm and steering gear shaft, remove the Pitman arm nut and washer, and remove the Pitman arm with a puller.
