How do you drain the cooling system and clean the expansion tank? Posted by Customer: A:
To drain the cooling system, remove the fasteners securing the coolant reservoir to the fender and disconnect the hoses. Lift the reservoir up to disconnect the hoses and clean it with soapy water and a brush to remove any deposits. Inspect the reservoir for cracks and replace if necessary. Finally, reinstall the reservoir by reversing the removal process.
