    How to remove and install the Coolant Reservoir on Ford Excursion? Posted by Customer

    Drain the cooling system. On early models with interfering jack components, remove the wing bolt and remove the lug wrench. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the overflow hose. Remove the coolant reservoir bolts, then lift up the tank far enough to access the supply hose. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the supply hose. Remove the coolant reservoir. Installation is the reverse of removal. Refill the cooling system.
