Ford JM5Z-9D290-A Sender Assy - Oil Pressure

The two fasteners on the engine cover should be removed. The cover should be lifted up at the front and the retainers at the rear should be unhooked to remove. The right hand air cleaner outlet and the charge air cooler intake pipe should be removed. Then, locate the EOP sensor, which is typically situated near the oil filter. Disconnect the electrical connector from the sensor and use a suitable wrench to unscrew the sensor from its mounting. Ensure that any oil spills are cleaned up and replace the sensor with a new one, tightening it to the manufacturer's specified torque. Reassemble the components in reverse order, ensuring all connections are secure.
