- Q:In the first picture there are two struts - is this for the pair, or a single hood lift strut. Also, do you have the lift struts for the 2WD Excursion liftgate in the back door? Can I get part numbers? Even though I have the 4WD model, I would like to get lift struts for the 2WD model... they are longer and will lift the gate up higher (they are shorter on 4WD for convenience of closing the hood, but the 2WD ones fit the 4WD and open the gate up higher, which is what I want) Posted by Customer: 2000 Ford Excursion
