Ford BT4Z-5A649-B Arm Assembly - Rear Suspension

For 2011 through 2014 models, support the lower control arm with a floor jack and remove the stabilizer bar link, parking brake cable bracket, and trailing arm-to-rear knuckle bolts. Remove the bolts from the trailing arm pivot bracket and note the angle of the trailing arm before disconnecting it from the pivot bracket. For installation, reattach the trailing arm to the pivot bracket at the measured angle, secure the trailing arm pivot bolt and tighten the nut, and attach the trailing arm bracket to the frame. Finally, install the trailing arm-to-rear knuckle bolts and tighten the nuts.

Begin by loosening the wheel lug nuts, raising the vehicle, and securely supporting it on jack stands while blocking the front wheels. Remove the wheels to access the suspension components.
