How to remove and install the Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) on Mercury Grand Marquis?

The fuel pump driver is an external Fuel Pump Driver Module near the trunk. Remove the parcel shelf trim panel retainers, disconnect the FPDM connector, and remove the bolts and FPDM. Install it by reversing the removal steps. Make sure all bolts are tightened.
