How to remove and install Window Regulator on Ford Mustang?

Whichever of the above parts is removed or replaced including the front window motor, window regulator or window glass, the front window motor(s) must be de-initialized and then initialized, in the same manner, in the case of lubrication of the window regulator or window glass for servicing. Starting by taking out the internal door trim panel and also the plastic watershield and the window glass. Pull the electrical connector from the motor, then turn the two window regulator motor bolts counterclockwise and remove them Remove the two window regulator mounting bolts. When removing the regulator and motor assembly, pull them through the service hole in the door frame; installation is as follows, the reverse. For the window glass motor de-initialization, when opening the window, pull out the window motor fuse or snap off the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. After waiting for approximately 5-7 seconds unmount the fuse or connect the battery cable to set the motor free so that it can be initialized. Bend the door fully closed and open the window at its fullest position, press the window controlling switch on the 'up' position till the glass registers with the highest run on the top glass and pause the switch for 2 to 5 seconds. With the window closed and the top run in the closed position, pull down the window control switch to the 'down' position with effort, keeping the switch pressed till the window slides down fully and stalls, keeping the control switch pressed for two to five seconds. Perform this one last time and test the one touch up/down feature; if they do not work, de-initialize and redo the above steps.
