How to replace brake pads on a Ford F-150?

Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap. Install new caliper slippers and V-springs with new brake pads. Loosen lug nuts, raise the vehicle's front, and support on jackstands. Apply parking brake. Remove wheels. Work on one brake at a time. Inspect brake disc. If machining is needed, remove the disc and pads. Push the piston back into its bore for new brake pads. Use a C-clamp. Ensure fluid in the master cylinder doesn't overflow. Follow the pad replacement procedure in the photos. Tighten caliper mounting bolts. Depress brake pedal to bring pads into contact with the disc. Check brake fluid level. Test brakes before normal use. For rear disc brake pads, repeat steps 8-11.
